WEDDING FAQ’s

 

1.  What kind of coverage do you provide? 

Coverage generally starts two hours before the Bride is due to depart for the ceremony and either continues up until you are seated for the meal or up until the third/fourth dance.

2.  What’s your availability?

I very much operate on a first come first served basis and popular date book up very quickly. Best to contact me direct to check your date.

3.  Are you insured and are you a member of any recognised association?

Yes, I’m fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity insurance. I’m also a member of the Irish Professional Photographers Association.

4.  How do I get more information on your prices and packages?

Our packages start at €1600 for our essentials range.  Our full Hello and Price guide is available on request.  Contact me and we’ll send it to you by email.

5. Will it be you photographing the wedding and can you provide a second photographer?

I personally cover all the weddings that I book and generally prefer to work on my own as I feel it is less intrusive however, I do work with a second photographer on occasion where the logistics of the day demand it.

6. How long will we be taking formal photographs for on the day?

After the ceremony I usually recommend spending 20mins or so taking photographs of just the two of you at either a location or at the venue. I very much focus on capturing the exchanges between the two of you rather than anything overly posed.

After this I would allow around 30mins for family photos. I like to have at least an hour where I can capture the reception before call for dinner.

7. Are there any additional charges?

The only additional charges are for travel outside of Leinster and the provision of a meal if I’m staying up until the dancing.

8. Can you provide Video?

I don’t provide a video service as part of what I do but, I do work very closely with a number of Videographers who are similar in style and approach.

9. We’d like to book you what is the next step?

Subject to availability the next step is to fill out a booking form, pay a deposit of €300.00 and sign our terms and conditions. This can all be done online.

10. When do we pay the balance?

All essential packages need to be settled in full either in advance or on the day. For album packages a balance is left outstanding and is payable on receipt of the album.

11. What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, cheques, cash and credit cards. My preference is for bank transfers.

12. What happens after the wedding?

Shortly after the wedding you will receive a link to your online gallery where you will be able to view, select and download the top images from you day.  You’ll also be able to make your album selection in this gallery.
